What is P6? 

This holistic technique has been used for over 2000 years. P6, also called the vascular meridian, is the specific point on the underside of the wrist, located three fingers from the first wrist crease between the pointer and middle finger tendon.

How to use

How to find the P6 point for acupressure.

Your P6 (also called the vascular meridian) is located on the under side of your wrist.

Locate the first wrist crease between the pointer and the middle finger tendon.

To find the P6 pressure point, place the first three fingers of your opposite hand across your wrist. Then, place your thumb on the point just below your index finger. You should feel two large tendons under your thumb. ​

When wearing the band, ensure the button is facing inward and pressing on the P6.

Two bands can be worn together for maximum effectiveness.

Bands last in bag unopened for ›5 years, once opened each band lasts 1 to 2 weeks for use with essential oil scent per band.

Pressure point therapy can be used longer.
