We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time frames provided to you, however we do not guarantee delivery at a specific day or time as per our terms and conditions. Please note shipping times are a guideline, and subject to change based on order volume, promotional periods, wild weather, or unforeseen or unavoidable events or circumstances beyond Femme Maternity’s reasonable control.
Free shipping offers - Australia only
Australian Customers: Your free shipping offer is valid per transaction of $150 or more on product/s from our website. Free shipping is only offered if the minimum product spend in one transaction is $150 or more, GST included. We may at times offer Free shipping offers as part of promotional or sale events. Orders placed on days with free shipping offers are not eligible for same day dispatch. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel promotional offers for any reason at any time. Sale of items during any Femme Maternity pre-sale events will be limited to a max order quantity per customer, per order. This max order quantity will be determined by Femme Maternity at any time and will be listed against the item you wish order on the website. Please note offer periods are subject to product availability and will conclude early once the items are sold out. Femme Maternity reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time without reason.
If you buy something and need return it, you can do so within 7 days of receiving it. However, we don't accept change of mind returns, so please make sure you're purchasing items you know you will love and use. Additionally, please ensure you follow the sizing guide on any clothing and apparel as incorrect sizing purchase will be required to be sent back to Femme Maternity at your own cost.
Shipping paid on original order will not be refunded.
There are a couple of things you need to be sure of before requesting a refund. Your item must be in the same condition it was when you purchased it. It must be unused/unworn, have tags, and be in its original packaging. Also, make sure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as underwear, bras, beauty products). We also can't accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Return postage will be at the customers cost unless the item is deemed faulty or has been delivered incorrectly.

If your return is accepted for any faulty or incorrectly supplied/delivered items, Femme Maternity will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you send an item back without requesting a return, we will not accept it. Please note that if you live outside of Australia, shipping may take longer than expected.
Any other returns outside of this can be sent back to Femme Maternity at the customers own cost to our warehouse at 30a/350 Settlement Road, Thomastown, Melbourne Victoria 3074 once the return has been approved by us.
Incorrect order - If you have received an incorrect item with your order, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organise the correct item to be sent out to you (pending availability) and return of the incorrect item.
Faulty Items - If you have received a faulty item from our online store, please contact us via email@example.com with your order number and any images of the fault so that we can investigate. Faulty items must be raised with Femme Maternity within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll then evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be raised with Femme Maternity within 24 hours of receipt of order. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as underwear, beauty products). We also can't accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, change of mind or gift cards.
Please ensure that sizing guides are followed when ordering clothing and apparel. Any exchanges required will require the original item to be returned at the customers own cost and shipping paid again on the new/replacement item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We'll let you know you once we’ve received and inspected your return to tell you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
