Salt Lab Magnesium Oil Spray is specifically designed to safely restore magnesium levels in your body, lower stress and inflammation, relieve sore muscles and joints, calm your nervous system and – last but not least – facilitate restful sleep.

MUSCLE RELAXATION: Magnesium relieves and helps reduce the occurrence of muscle cramps, aches and pains. It supports muscle relaxation, function and recovery.

GENERAL WELLBEING: Magnesium supports nervous system health, hormone function, healthy digestion and calming the body. It assists sugar and carbohydrate metabolism, energy production and healthy bone development and growth.

RESTFUL SLEEP: Magnesium supports the production of GABA levels, which exist across all areas of the brain and nervous system. GABA is a calming neurotransmitter that the brain requires to switch off. The magnesium binds to and stimulates GABA receptors in the brain, which puts the brakes on brain activity.

How to use

Spray 6-8 Sprays onto your stomach, legs, feet or back, 10-30 mins before bed. Massage in gently, allowing it to dry before covering up. Daily usage recommended.

Salt Lab recommend If you have never used magnesium oil before, start by using it on your feet by applying 2-4 sprays only for 2-3 weeks to allow your body to adjust.

After an introduction period, you can apply 4-6 sprays to your stomach as well; this is best for deep restorative sleep and to increase your overall magnesium levels.

Once your body has adjusted, you can apply to more sensitive areas, like your legs, arms, shoulders or anywhere else that is feeling tight or sore. If you experience a tingle or itch this is very normal, as it is a sign of deficiency. Go back to applying to your feet only for another week or so before you try the more sensitive areas again.

If using on children, apply to their feet only for 4 weeks before spraying onto their stomachs as well.

Please patch test prior to using and discontinue if irritation occurs.
