During breastfeeding:
After feeding, allow your nipples to dry. With clean, dry hands, take a pea-sized amount of cream from the tin, rubbing it between your fingers to soften if necessary. Apply the cream to your nipples and areolas. Reapply as needed. There is no need to remove or wash away the nipple cream before your baby's next feed.
During pregnancy:
Apply cream to your nipple area twice a day to help promote soft, supple skin and prevent dryness.
CAUTION: Always perform a patch test before using any new products. Discontinue use if any reaction occurs. Keep out of reach of children. For individual use only. Put lid back on tightly after use. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional. Use within 12 months of opening. Store in a cool, dry place.
